Mrs. Martinez

 

My name is Mrs. Brenda Martinez and I have been teaching in Milford for over 20 years. I began my career as a preschool and kindergarten teacher and special educator in the Milford Early Education Experiences (MEEE) Program). I then worked with first graders providing small group intervention in reading and math. I have been teaching kindergarten in Milford for six years and I truly enjoy every minute of it! I am a believer in play based learning for kindergartners and I strive to facilitate a variety of play experiences for the children every day. This is in tandem with teaching the important phonics and math skills that every kindergartner needs.

I live in Merrimack with my husband and my two cats. I have two grown children whom I see as often as I can! I enjoy reading and coloring for relaxation. I'm looking forward to another great year in kindergarten!
