Student Registration Information

(Please read the instructions carefully.)

Welcome to our Online Student Registration page. We are excited that you have chosen the Milford School District for your child and want to make sure that we make the new enrollment process as clear and easy as possible. We have implemented this system to better assist you with registering your student online from anywhere you have internet access. However, we strongly recommend using a Computer instead of Mobile Device or Tablet. You do not need to visit the district offices in person. Please follow the directions closely and be prepared to upload the required documents to complete your student registration.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN:

Have these items saved digitally (can be a scanned copy, downloaded pdf, or a photograph – jpg or png – of the document) as you will be required to upload them during the registration process:

Proof of Residency is required for entrance into the Milford schools. List of documents that are acceptable: Purchase and Sales Agreement, rental contract or current utility bill.
Original Birth Certificate.
Any Legal Documents: copies of any legal documents that prohibit any person from seeing or dismissing your child during or at the end of the school day (i.e. Custody or Restraining Orders).
Vaccination records and proof of a physical within a year of enrollment.
Copy of IEP (Individual Education Plan) or 504 plan and most recent Educational Evaluation when applicable.
