The following documents are required to complete the registration:
~2 Proofs of residency are required for entrance into the Milford schools. Passports and driver’s licenses are not valid documents because they remain in effect for long periods of time.
Acceptable proof of residency documents include:
Purchase and Sales Agreement, current lease agreement, recent tax bill
recent utility bill (electric, gas, water, etc.), voter registration
~Original Birth Certificate (a copy will be made)
~Any pertinent legal documents ie. custody arrangements and/or parenting plans.
~Updated Immunization records and proof of a physical within a year of enrollment.
Staff will be available to make copies of any documents. Computers will be available to complete the online registration process.
Jacques staff members will be on hand to answer questions and give tours of kindergarten classrooms. There will also be information regarding before and after school programs.
Students must be 5 years old by September 30, 2026 to be eligible for the 2026-2027 school year
